Sun Pictures has finally said, “No” to Vettaikaran as it will not release for the occasion of Diwali. Earlier, AVM Productions had started the project with an idea of completing it soon and release it for Diwali. But sooner as Sun Pictures acquired the rights, they didn’t announce anything on film’s release.
As well, the shooting hasn’t yet completed and still a song is pending due to Anushka’s busy schedule with other projects.
Hansraj Saxena, executive producer of Sun Pictures has been dashed down with his hopes after the songs of ‘Vettaikaran’ not doing well in audio markets. None of the songs have become good hit despites Suryan FM is promoting them continuously.
So, it will take some more time to publicize the film and that naturally lets the film’s delayed release.
